I have noticed that leadership has been thrown overboard and left in the wake of the “old LRSD”. This is not the LRSD that made it to the playoffs for the last 2 seasons. The team has become a bunch of randoms trying to prove themselves instead of a deadly unit that leaves nothing but destruction in its path.

What’s the problem?

The problem is, like I stated before severe lack of leadership. Nobody is stepping up and keeping teammates in their place, instead its a random mash up of ” pub-stars” running around hoping to look like super stars. This is not how to win games.

Another problem I notice is irresponsibility. There is way too much finger pointing and blaming going on. I highly suggest you guys take off the diapers, grow some balls, and take responsibility for mistakes made. If your too much of a “baby” to take blame and a little criticism, WE DON’T WANT YOU. Simply put… Be a man.

Changes

There are a few things that need to change, and change quickly if any body wants to succeed in this summer season.

There will be ONE leader. This is the most important. The leader is the one who makes observations on the battle field, and uses his experience and best judgement to call the plays. Once a decision is made, it will be called out quickly and clearly, and all will follow. If orders are not followed, the leader WILL FORFEIT the match forcing the team to take a loss. Of course if you see something that the leader does not and his call would endanger anyone… Let him know, otherwise deliberate ignorance of orders will result in a loss.

Game chat

During a game, everyone is to remain silent on their mics, until information is to be called out. Then and only then will you speak, clearly and quickly to relay information. Tell us how many enemies, where they are, and if possible… Their loadout (weapons). Other than that and the leaders orders nothing is to be said. Talk is distracting, and makes it hard to listen to the battlefield. Once again if there is too much chatter and ignorance, the leader will forfeit the match.

These are just a few things that will be put into effect immediatly. It is up to you guys if you want to take losses for neglecting these new rules. And if there is anything you don’t like about this, or disagree with anything, I will gladly show you the door. No matter how good you think you are, remember… There is ALWAYS someone better. There are hundreds of players dying for your spot on the team, and you can very easily be replaced, and not missed.

Leaders, step up and take charge of your team and show no mercy. Respect is earned, not given.

Everyone else, do your part to ensure a victory, and take responsibility for your actions and mistakes.

Jigsaw out

As far as the media can see… Just a lot of talking. The “New LRSD” should change there name to “LRSD Excuses” because all the media has been hearing lately is excuse after excuse for their poor performance.  According to their spokes person Wildcard they have 4 unearned losses. Two losses came at the hands of Level lagging out of the game (or pulling the plug) while the other two loses were because Scarlett (New LRSD Leader) failed to use the correct rules for the game they were playing.

Sounds like a lack of discipline if you ask me. One thing is for sure if you lack discipline then you will lose games and it seems the “New LRSD” is learning this the hard way.

Why does the “New LRSD” show no respect to the “Old Timers”?

It is strange that the “New LRSD” has shown little or no respect to the “Old Timers” that came before them.  Considering the fact that the only reason the “New LRSD” is ranked so high is because they have taken over a team the retired “Old Timers” had already built up.  Then you also gotta consider the fact that the “Old Timers” are the ones who built up the LRSD and if it wasn’t for them dominating last season most if not all the “New LRSD” wouldn’t of been begging to join.

The “New LRSD” needs to relax, they were given a Top 20 team so they won’t be given any respect until they win something.

Wildcard said “Gymbo.. Your not even good, seriously.” and Wildcard also said “Gymbo if your so pro and were so bad why haven’t you got on to show us strats.”

Well if Gymbo wasn’t as good as advertised, where would the LRSD be today??  No where.. exactly!! Gymbo is not helping you guys because he is retired and Gymbo doesn’t have the time to take another undisciplined team under his wing and make them champions.  Especially a team with no respect for the “Old Timers”.

Wildcard calls out the “Old Timers” by saying “Until you get on and play us and beat us don’t talk seriously!”

Given the fact that the “Old Timers” have been there and done it why shouldn’t they be allowed to talk.  If the “Old Timers” were to come back and play the “New LRSD” it wouldn’t even be a game. The “New LRSD” should just worry about winning games since they only have two legit career Gamebattle victories (Yes.. I did say only TWO). The “Old Timers” advice to you guys is to get a couple wins under your belt and then maybe you can talk.

Magic Wooshy squared off against Empreza and it wasn’t pretty.  Empreza does a little “Rope A Dope” and then he reaches back and throws a bomb and smacks Magic Wooshy right on the jaw.  Lights Out!! Empreza wins by KO. This has got to be the Knock Out of the Month.

Media: Is the New LRSD ready to carry the torch?

Gymbo: I honestly don’t think the New LRSD is ready or capable of carry the torch that we have given them.  The New LRSD seem to be a very arrogant group guys who haven’t accomplished anything.  The New LRSD is very cocky and I don’t understand why.. What have they done?? Win a couple pub matches… If you ask me… They are just a bunch of pub superstars..

Media: Do you think the New LRSD can turn it around?

Gymbo: Nope… They don’t know what it takes to get to the top of the leader boards so they aren’t going to know what it takes to stay on top of the leader boards. They don’t have the teamwork or intensity needed to play at this level.  If these guys couldn’t get a team to the top 10 then how are they expected to keep a team there… They got a couple days left to get good at the game.. Not gonna happen..

Media: Is the New LRSD better then the old Bravo, Delta or Charlie Teams that you guys have had?

Gymbo: If anything they might be as good as those teams.  From what I heard the New LRSD doesn’t have any teamwork and they breakdown under pressure.  Don’t get me wrong they are great players in public matches against unorganized teams but once they play a real team they have a mental breakdown.

Media: Is the Old LRSD going to come back and fix this mess?

Gymbo: Not a chance… Most if not all the Old LRSD guys are enjoying time off.  It’s summer time and most of us old timers are just sitting back and relaxing. All the Old Timers will return in November when Modern Warfare 2 comes out.  I doubt you’ll see me or any of the other Old timers out their trying to fix this mess. It’s not even worth our time.

Media: Are you worried that the New LRSD is tarnishing the reputation of the LRSD as a whole?

Gymbo: I’m not worried at all because everyone knows we got a bunch of clowns filling in for us Old Timers right now.  The teams beating them down know they ain’t playing the real LRSD.

Level said  “hey we need a meeting that was pitifull last night we had no idea what we were doing!”

Mad Dog said “Why practice strats if no body uses them…”

These guys were given the keys to a first page playoff team and some how they manage to crash it right out of playoff contention in just one night!!

For a team with this much hype around them they should be able to back some of it up on the battlefield. It makes you wonder if some of these guys ever tasted real battle before or they just a bunch of pub superstars!!

And to think they wanted to challenge the Old LRSD in a game…. HaHaHa… Right now The New LRSD members couldn’t hold the Old LRSD members jockstraps…

Over the next little while the team will be practicing as often as possible trying to develop as much team chemistry as possible in the little bit of time before playoffs. To assist with this, team leader Scarlett x has changed the dictionary definition of the word practice to, “What all you bad kids should be doing right now.” As the team develops you can expect great things from all the players.

Here’s what a few of them had to say.

Media: What’s your take on the team currently?

Wildcard: Were all great players. Some of us just joined and we need to get chemistry together and work together. We’ll come along very soon. We have the potential to go far in playoffs.

Level: I LOVE the team I think we have a bright future.

Gauge: They’re a bunch of friendly guys who hooked me up with a Turtle Beach headset, and we’ve got what it takes to beat any team.

Media: Is there anything you’re unhappy with about the team currently?

Scarlett: The one thing I would change about the team is for all these roster shake-ups to have happened several weeks ago so we could’ve gotten more practice together before playoffs.

Gauge: Nothing apart from the people who want to kick my good friend Eternal aka A TEAM PLAYER.

Media: What roles do you all play on the team?

Scarlett: My role right now is to make sure everyone is on the same page in terms of strats. Once we all get more familiar with our strats I’ll be able to go back to my favourite pastime which is killing bad kids.

Wildcard: I’ll always be near a gun fight or in one. However if needed I can capture objectives or hold them if needed.

Gauge: I always get the hardest jobs, keeping Maddog alive and carrying Battojin.

Media: Pick your two favourite guns.

Wildcard: Type 100, and M1A1 Carbine

Scarlett: WaW: I’m definitely a fan of the M1A1 with an aperture sight. But really it’s my MP40 that keeps me warm at night.

Level: I’d say the same as Scarlett.

Orkiin: MP40 and the STG 44

Media: Finally, where’s the playoff prize money going?

Orkiin: Save it, a proper retirement fund starts early.

Gauge: World at War Mappack 2

Wildcard: Modern Warfare 2

Scarlett: Beer.

The map pack features 3 new multiplayer maps a long with a new Zombie map. I take it a lot of LRSD old timers will come out of retirement to check out some of the new maps.  Look to see some old blood return to the game.

“Banzai” : Jungle Map featuring a lot of sunshine and waterfalls. For all you Major Sunshine fans I heard that if you look at the waterfall long enough you’ll start to see some rainbows.

“Corrosion” - Blown up train yard map with a lot of good places to hide.

“Sub Pens” - A submarine base… Looks like a great place for campers to make a home..

“Shi No Numa” - featuring more Perk machines,   the Wunderwaffe DG-2 and flaming hell hounds or should I say “Flaming Mad Dogs!!!!”

LRSD Fights II Results

Jigsaw vs Diaper Dandy - For some reason every time we schedule this fight Jigsaw sees to disappear for days. He might be scared of Diaper Dandy.

Gymbo vs Jake “The Snake”  or Fouza - Jake refused a fight with GymboSlice and Fouza has been MIA. Gymbo was forced to take a seat this fight card.

Battojin def. Feccy J by majority decision. (Fight of the Night Honors) - This was the best fight in the LRSD Fight League so far. Honestly it could of gone either way. Both guys fought like champions but Battojin proved he was just slightly better then Feccy J.  Battojin built a solid lead early in the fight fell apart at the end as Feccy stormed back and almost secured a submission in the final round.

Takedown def. Paco by KO round 2 (Ground and Pound) - This wasn’t much of a fight at all.  Takedown scored a takedown (How strange is that?) and Paco never got off his back in round one.  Then in round 2 was pretty much a replay of round one except for the fact that Takedown stopped playing around and finished the fight.  So much for preseason rankings huh…

Magic Wooshy def. Mugze by Submission round 2 (Rear Naked Choke) (Submission of the Night Honors) - This fight will be known as the fight that Mugze let slip away.  Mugze had Wooshy beaten but some how Wooshy pulls out a sub with seconds to go in the 2nd round.  This might of been Mugze’s best chance to win a fight in this league.

Empreza def. BryDog by KO/TKO round 1 (Ground and Pound) (No video it was untelevised) - All I heard was that the fight started and then moments later BryDog said damn good fight and it was over.  Empreza must of went in their took him down and pounded him out.  BryDog either figures out how to grapple or he will be exposed again and again.

Official Rankings After LRSD Fights II

1. TakedownSpecial (2-0) - Takedown destroys Paco easily and improves to 2-0. During the fight you could hear Paco scream “Help me!!! Help!!! I can’t get out!!!!”.

2. GymboSlice (1-0) - Gymbo must be good if people are turning down fights against him.  Jake didn’t want to make his LRSD Fight League debut against Gymboslice and its understandable.  Gymbo will face Battojin next the #3 ranked fighter.

3. Battojin (1-1) - Battojin pulls off the upset over Feccy J with a controversial decision. Some of the fans are saying Feccy J dominated the third round and should of been awarded the victory. Battojin said ” I’m upset at the way the fight finished and I expects a better performance in my next fight”.

4. Feccy J (1-1) - Feccy was in another war but this time he came out on the losing end. Feccy J vowed that he will be back stronger then ever and he said “If I rematch Battojin in the future the outcome will be different.”

5.  Empreza (1-0) - Made his debut on the under card and dominated BryDog with ease. Empreza has improved ground skills and personally claims that he is a contender and the one the beat for the title.

6. Magic Wooshy (2-0) - Magic once again reached into his bag of tricks and pulled off another stunning victory via submission.  Whenever Magic looks down and out some how he manages to come back and get the sub.  I guess they don’t call him Magic for nothing. Wooshy said afterwards “I want to fight some real contenders. I’m ready for Takedown.  I’m a show him who’s number 1.”

7. The Diaper Dandy (0-0) - Waiting to Fight JigSaw!! Does anybody wanna fight Diaper Dandy?

8. Paco (0-2) - Former preseason #1 ranked Paco has struggled out the gate and has fallen to 0-2.  Everyone’s game seems to be evolving while Paco is standing still.  Paco lost a close fight to Feccy J and was now dominated by Takedown.  He’s going to have to get back on the horse and do it again…

9. Jigsaw (0-1) - Waiting to Fight DiaperDandy!!

10. Mugze (0-2) - Mugze lost a heart breaker to Wooshy and falls to 0-2.  Mugze has showed improved stand up and ground game and was whooping on Magic Wooshy but failed to finish the job.  Mugze needs to get a win asap..

11. BryDog (0-1) - Struggled against the ground game of Empreza and was dominated rather quickly.  BryDog needs to find a ground game or its going to be a long season.

12. Fouza (0-0) - Not sure whats going on with Fouza.

13. Jake “The Snake” aka GotDip (0-0) - Turned down fight with GymboSlice basically saying Gymbo is a beast I’d rather not step in the cage with him as my debut fight into the LRSD Fight League. Jake did find the time to call out Magic Wooshy and he said “I don’t know what all this Magic Wooshy hype is about I will defeat him easily when we fight at LRSD Fights III.”
